I worked with Scott Partin who performed my home inspection for me in Grand Prairie, Texas. He was there before his scheduled time. He explained and showed me what he had found out before I got there. He communicates in a professional manner. I was suppose to use my realtor's home inspector, l am happy l didn`t.  He is very knowledgeable, honest, detailed, points out minor, major issues in a non-technical and simple language. We managed to use his home inspection report to get the Seller to make the necessary repairs. The inspection report was detailed with pictures of every problem, so that you can refer to when you need to get the repairs done. He answered my million questions as a first time home buyer.
