A-Action Home Inspection Group has done approximately  65% of all the home inspections I have had done in the last 10 years.  They are punctual, thorough, and informative.  They show up on time.  They get the inspection done on time. They are conscientious about not leaving a mess.  The report format and photos make it easy for my clients to follow along and understand the information being delivered by the Inspector. 

A-Action has a way of delivering information to the would-be home owner that is informative without being unduly alarming.  Explaining structural problems to would-be home owners requires a high level of patience and persistence.  A-Action’s inspectors have demonstrated those qualities time after time.

Even though all those other things would be enough to justify having A-Action do the job, there is one more thing I have to say about their work.  I have never had A-Action miss a problem that came to my client’s attention after closing.  In the final analysis, that quality is the single most important thing to look for in an Inspection Company.
